Property Acquisition & Repositioning
We acquire residential properties in markets with strong underlying fundamentals, improving them through direct, hands-on renovation and repositioning. Properties suited to long-term operation are retained and managed; others are improved and brought back to market, with proceeds reinvested into the next opportunity.

Small-Scale Development
With a development track record spanning more than 45 residential units delivered, we bring proven ground-up execution to U.S. markets. Our development strategy targets multifamily infill projects — from boutique multi-family assets to workforce-housing-focused for-sale communities — concentrated in supply-constrained markets where genuine housing demand outpaces new construction. Each project is underwritten with the same institutional discipline applied across our portfolio, with a pipeline built to scale from single infill sites into a repeatable, multi-project development platform.
