We lease and operate residential properties as short-term rentals handling everything from furnishing and listing to pricing, guest management, and day-to-day turnover. As our portfolio grows, we expand into value-add property acquisition and small-scale ground-up development, bringing the same hands-on, active-management approach developed over 16 years in real estate.

Our team combines hands-on operators with specialized contractors. Turnover and cleaning are handled by a subcontracted cleaning and turnover crew; guest communications and scheduling will be coordinated by an on-the-ground administrator role. As our portfolio grows, we engage local contractors for renovation, property management, and brokerage support. We’re actively hiring for our cleaning and turnover crew, and building out an administrator role to support operations as we scale.

Operate

We lease and actively manage short-term rental units: furnishing, listing, pricing, and guest operations, day to day.

Acquire

We acquire underperforming residential properties in markets with strong fundamentals and reposition them through hands-on renovation.

Develop

We undertake ground-up development, building multifamily infill and workforce housing in supply-constrained markets.
