His development track record includes more than 45 residential units brought to market, among them several ground-up apartment buildings — some divested at strategic points in the cycle, and others retained and actively managed today. He has also worked directly with hundreds of investor clients as a licensed real estate salesperson, guiding them through acquisition, portfolio growth, and cash-flow strategy.
